How likely are you to recommend R.I.S.E. Integrated Mental Health?
What patients say on Google
“They do not take responsibility for their own mess up and wasting 2.5 hours of a clients time. They will cause you more harm than good. Be careful with RISE. There are actual good therapist out there who care and do apologize if they make a mistake. I don’t trust RISE and personally would never go to a therapists office who can’t take responsibility and make amends for their mistake. Edit: I wasn't ready to include the specifics but even if it helps one woman make a safer decision for herself then it's worth it for me. I was SA'd by a male psychiatrist when I was 18 years old. I haven't seen a male mental health provider in the over a decade since that time. When I made my appointments with RISE I was very clear I wanted only women and had two appointments set up with women. One was with Madison, who I did see for one appointment, and one was with a female psychiatrist. I was asked if I could come in for an earlier date and time for the psychiatrist appointment. I agreed and drove over an hour to get there. I was not informed that they had changed the psychiatrist and especially not to a male. I hadn't told Madison specifically about the male psychiatrist SA but I did tell her about other times I had been SA'd. So I have since learned, after my original review, Madison was the one insistent on my seeing this male psychiatrist, it wasn't an accident. Madison knew I was SA'd by males before, knew that I had requested all female providers, and still chose to try to force me to see this male psychiatrist. Amy, the supposedly women's mental health leader also got involved and tried to force me to see this male psychiatrist. I don't know how either of these women are helping other women if they have no care and empathy for SA victims. So please, if you have any SA trauma, or really any trauma, RISE probably isn't going to be the safest place for you, so please consider alternatives.”
“I had a wonderful experience with Rise. I have struggled for years with depression and the medications didn't work well enough. I tried TMS for 7 weeks and it really pulled me out me of a dark place. I'm so happy with how well it worked and I would suggest it to anyone who has struggled with depression. A huge thank you goes out to Katie, Erin and Chris for helping me on my journey.”
“R.I.S.E. integrated mental health has been a consistently caring and attentive place throughout my experience. The team takes time to listen and respond with genuine care, and I felt well looked after in every interaction. Erin was my day-to-day contact. She always greeted me with a genuine smile and stood out for her responsiveness and for making me feel comfortable and at ease. She often anticipated my needs in a thoughtful way. My experience has been very positive, and I would recommend this team to anyone looking for thoughtful mental health care.”
“I am so happy that RISE exists. Few are fortunate enough to have access to this kind of mental health practice. The vibe is warm and inviting, the offerings are truly integrative, and every staff member I have seen has been a gem. I had never sought mental health treatment for myself, and finally I decided it was time. I did several individual therapy sessions with Marina, and I made some tremendous discoveries about myself and how I engage with the world. And Abi, my NP. The first time I saw her for my new patient appointment, I had just switched from a very short-lived relationship with a traditional psychiatrist, and the difference was so profound, I cried. Which I'm sure is not unexpected at a mental health intake. But I cried because I expected to be judged and shamed and instead, Abi listened, did not judge, and it was just so refreshing. I look forward to my visits with Abi. She's a treasure. RISE is such a positive place. I'll be joining their group sessions at some point soon. Everything they offer is such a gift. Thank you to the team at RISE, you are making such an impact for so many.”
